Acquired a 55% stake in Transfreight China Logistics Ltd. (now Trancom China Logistics Ltd.), making it a consolidated subsidiary.

Hasuda Logistics Center (now C-AREA Hasuda) opens

Launched C-AREA planning, shifting from individual optimization to holistic logistics optimization.

Acquired a 70% stake in Starlink Resources Pte. Ltd., making it a consolidated subsidiary (later increased to 100%).
Acquired a 100% stake in H&S Co. Pte. Ltd., making it a consolidated subsidiary.

Launched logistics operations in Singapore as a hub for further expansion into ASEAN.
