Three Core Pillars of Automation

Maximizing Vertical Space

Our proprietary spatial configuration enables high-density, ultra-efficient storage within a limited footprint.

Patented High-Density Storage Technology

Unrivaled Flexibility

Designed for seamless integration, our layouts adapt easily to existing facilities, including those with pillars or irregular structures.

Seamless Relocation & Layout Adaptability

Robust Business Continuity (BCP)

Built for resilience, our hybrid architecture enables immediate manual operation and human intervention during power outages or unexpected disruptions.

Optimized Hybrid Operations: Humans & Robots

MovieWatch Trancom’s Automation in Action

Focusing on order picking—often the most labor-intensive process in logistics operations—we design and build automated warehouses that seamlessly handle both case and pallet picking. By integrating these processes, we enable fully automated internal operations, including receiving, storage, replenishment, and shipping.

Challenges before installation and effective improvement through automation

Before

Storage System Challenges
  • Diminishing warehouse space and storage efficiency
  • Complex, time-consuming layout configurations
  • Decline in cargo handling efficiency

Floor storage

Features of Automation

Two Automated Warehouses Integrating Multiple Shipping Methods

Patent No. 6783407Advanced Automated Solutions for Case Shipping

This automated warehouse is optimized for case shipping, utilizing a three-tier structure to maximize vertical space and minimize unused overhead areas.
Frequently shipped items are stored in Tier 1 within the AGV zone, while replenishment stock is positioned in Tiers 2 and 3.
Transfer between tiers is handled by RGVs, with vertical conveyors managing vertical transport and robotic arms performing palletizing.

Deployed Automated Systems
AGV Autonomous transport vehicles that operate without rails
RGV Rail-guided vehicles operating along fixed tracks
Robot arm Used for palletizing and depalletizing operations

Advanced Automated Solutions for Pallet Shipping

This automated warehouse is optimized for pallet shipping, utilizing a two-tier structure to maximize vertical space. AGFs perform order picking on Tier 1, while Tier 2 stores stock for replenishment. Transfers from Tier 2 are handled by RGVs.
This system also improves space utilization and maximizes storage efficiency through a deep-storage design.

Deployed Automated Systems
AGF Autonomous forklifts for unmanned pallet transport and handling
RGV Rail-guided vehicles operating along fixed tracks
