Trancom Co., Ltd. (hereafter “the Company”) establishes a basic policy to ensure the secure handling of individual numbers and specific personal information (hereafter “specific personal information and the like”) as an organization.

Related laws and compliance with guidelines

The Company will properly handle specific personal information and the like and observe the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures (known as the My Number Act), the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (known as the Personal Information Protection Act), as well as the related government and ministerial ordinances and guidelines.

In order to appropriately manage specific personal information and the like, the Company has separately established the Regulations on Handling Specific Personal Information and the Like and complies with them.
