Basic Information Security Policy

Our group recognizes the importance of information security in conducting business affairs. For the purpose of protecting information assets held and managed by our group from information leaks, falsification, and destruction, we have established the following basic policy for information security, implementing and promoting measures for continual information security.

1. We implement reasonable information security measures for specific threats and engage in safety control of information assets in order to secure availability, integrity, and confidentiality of information assets.
2. We will establish a promotion organization for information security protection measures and appropriately manage information assets by clarifying roles and responsibilities.
3. We will provide necessary education and training on information security for all those who perform services for the Company, not just directors and employees, and strive to broadly disseminate how to properly use information assets.
4. In order to verify the status of information security operations, we will implement internal audits and work to continually improve efforts towards ensuring information security.
5. In the unlikely event that an information security issue arises, we will promptly address it and investigate the cause while adopting corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
6. We will observe all laws, all standards, guidelines, and company regulations concerning information security.
